Belief in playing the part/this is me

When I have to complete a particular task or be a part of a certain event, I believe in - and often worry about - playing the part. Accompanying this is the desire to dress accordingly. Whether that be The Hostess, The Perfect Granddaughter (who most certainly does not have a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist) or in today's case, 'The Hardworking University Student'.

(I put that in inverted commas because I am yet to discover if it exists/if I am capable of embodying this part.)

But nonetheless I have put my best foot forward and dressed accordingly, Blair Waldorf inspired headband and geeky glasses included.

The only thing to do now is actually study...
